Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson made his WWF debut in 1996 as Rocky Maivia, an homage to his father's and his grandfather's monikers, and was WWF's first third-generation wrestler. He debuted on Monday Night Raw with Marc Mero in 1996 and a year later entered his first WrestleMania, WrestleMania 13, where he was victorious against The Sultan.
Johnson soon became WWF Champion in 1998 and rose to superstardom with championship win after championship win -- eventually becoming a 10-time world champion and five-time Tag Team Champion. The Rock is now a world-renowned and incredibly hardworking actor, appearing in multiple blockbuster films every year.
